ok well im just gonna ramble off the things ive heard of and was like...wtf?
Atomic weave/butterfly
inverted weave/butterfly
buzzsaw
antispin weave/butterfly
im sorry if this has been posted before but i tried searching and i got like 823973 different topics for each...please tell me what these things are!!! thanks very much!

atomic, planes seperated by 90 degrees.
buzzsaw =inside: the space between your arms and the body.
Inverted, the space between your arms, the body and the other poi, a space that isnt there till you put the poi in it.... sorry, i dont really know myself...
antispin: the action of moving the centre of spin in a cricle in the opposite direction to the direction of spin. (I.e. the poi spins clockwise and the hand moves anti-clockwise, or the poi go forwards but the hands make backwards weave motions)

buzzsaws arent inside.. buzzsaws are inverted.. inverted is when you get planes that face each other.. one inside and one outside..

One more think to make you cosfused = forget terms.
Buzzsaw - Spinning between your hands.
Sweep - Spinning with one hand Buzzsaw one onutside.
Atom & Crane - Spinning Poi int perpendicular planes.
Inversion - Usage of inverted planes. Those two between Buzzsaw and outside planes.
Anti-spinning - When arm do opposite movemwnt than Poi.

When you spin poi in a normal circle, your hand is the axis/pivot. If you start moving your hand in a circle with the poi, you can change where the axis/pivot area is, generally getting it to the center of the chain/string for a basic move. This is called isolation. Example here:

I could understand everything but inversions. Please don't use the words "inversion" or "inverted" when defining inversions.
Take longer to describe it more thoroughly if you must.
The Guide is definitive. Reality is frequently inaccurate.

why? inversions are a completely accurate description for what they are... if you dont understand inversions perhaps you should go to the poi goes punk thread and check out the tutorials..
