Jaffa cakes are indeed biscuits.

As are chocolate chip cookies.

Unless you count them as cookies.

In which case, what is the difference between a biscuit and a cookie?

lemon drizzle cake! and fruit cake!! biggrin although anything with chocolate in is good too obviously

Jaffa cakes are brilliant, they can be a cake or a biscuit i don't care.... and cookies are definately different to biscuits, i can't quite expain how, but they are definately different.

I also love those sponge finger things, they're great and pink wafers biscuits!! (for some reason i always think of the two together...)

oohh... what other sweet things....? liquorice biggrin and aniseed balls - although i know some people may debate their inclusion under "sweet things" - and anything sour... sour sweets are yummy

My mother passed on her Lamington recipe to me recently. I have inherited.

Personally I prefer danish pastries and caramel slices, though you can go horrendously wrong with the latter and I'm fussy.

Oh hell, CAKE in general.

I like chocolate and yellow cake. And I'm not talking about hippie organic home-made stuff. I mean store-bought or from a box. And covered with thick, creamy, whipped-grease-with-sugar frosting.

Yellow cake with chocolate frosting or chocolate cake with non-chocolate frosting (or chocolate, for that matter...can never have enough chocolate!).

The best cake i've ever had was made for my birthday last year by my boyfriends mum. It was a block of marizpan in the shape of a sponge cake where the "cake" was the marizpan and the "jam" in the middle was a layer of glace cherries and it was covered in ready to roll icing. It was gorgeous and i've always wanted a cake like this since a child...Marzipan rocks....

occassionally they still sell vice versas in woolies, i had a packet recently, yummy biggrin They should bring back Secret bars too, they were fab.

Jazzies are also great except sometimes when they are made out of some crappy chocolate that may in fact just be choclater "flavoured"...
