Me and some friends were discussing this. I remembered that about 10 years ago there was this toy which was a plastic ball with a counter on it attached to a plastic cord with a foot loop on the end and you basically skipped with it. I can't rememeber what they were called but it was pretty much a plastic poi...In theory you could have 6 poi at one time - one on each foot and 2 in each hand smile

I think it was called Skip It, or at least that's what the jingle in my head keeps telling me.

Skip It! Yes that's it.I've tries doing moves with my feet as well and yes it is very possible. At the moment I've gotten the tree beat weave and other easier moves but the butterfly is very difficult. your toes need to bend more freely. Any Ideas how to work foot moves into a routine?PLUHRDOC

well - I've had lunch with a guy that could eat at a table with a knife and fork using his feet (he had no arms) so well some people may not have evern noticed (I jest not). If thats possible surely something as simple as spinning a fire staff should be possible. Its a nice idea tho.Josh

I've been playing with the idea for a while now. Mostly in my mind but with the occasional practice too. Catching and doing various throws isn't hard with your feet. Slightly harder to control but then, I haven't really practiced it so who am I to say? Anyhow. Merry xmas everyone. Sir Grynygogg

There is a whole genre of juggling that uses the feet.
Funnily enough it is called foot juggling, people usually start of spinning and “juggling” round tubes.
But I have seen people use tables parasols chairs and I saw some girls practicing with what looked like giant fire staves, they were quite thick because as you can imaging using a bigger and heavier item usually makes it easier.

Foot jugglers usually have a special bench that they lie on because it can be vary hard on your back other wise. Imagine a weight lifting bench with the legs on the head end missing.

It is very interesting to watch, you could probably find some cool clips on you tube if you search for foot juggling or canoe juggling.
