Hi guys on Friday there is a meet in gloucester park for all the spinners and juggles and well everyone basicly... Starts at 7 i will be there a little earlyer as usual so if anyone wants to turn up early or late feel free if it all goes pair shaped ie weather then shells on about going to a few local pubs and so on... If people dont come then i will cry like a emo lol only joking see u all on friday. Hands up who is comign along

Mike, really glad the meet is haoppening- 2 things, both park related.
1) The park I went to for a meet (a long time ago) wasn't the nicest of places and could feel a bit intimidating- have you moved?
2) Parks- Winter- discuss
Do you still have a hall meet somewhere? I don't really spin fire much.

I know nothing about the parks in glos so I couldnt comment.
Its not winter yet!!! hat scarf, gloves coat?? have you nothing glowy you could play with ?? If it rains we could go somewhere to socailise not necessarily spin (although it would be great)
I think it would be a good idea to meet up with the glos spinners who are or are not on hop and see what they feel about organising a hall on a more permanent basis

hi guys just got my net back sorry bout the quiteness yeah we are still on for friday in the same park unfortuantly when we tryed to move it to robinswood hill a nearby country park no one turned up but me and some friends who wernt on hop although not the nicest place in the universe its easy to get to with lots of parking and if it does get to cold then pub's etc are very close also it has a bandstand to shelter under oh plus they now have a new cctv mast put up there so it is better. i spoke to the police about it via email and they said they didnt care as long as we didnt cause a problem. So i shall see u on Friday at 7 under the bandstand be good to see people again

no worrys, i will be there every friday from now on anyway. God that makes me sounds boring! if i have nothing to do on a friday. English is not my strong point unfotunatly chutney as i have dyspraxia (i know i havnt spelt it wrong thats part of the problem)

Hi Woaku; yeah I'd be interested I've always found the parks in Gloucester a bit intimidating and as a result I've avoided most of the meets there (timimg and clashes with other things didn't help).
What/ when did you have in mind?

YAY!!!! a reply i thought id have to wait weeks! well you can name the time etc as i only live over the road! would love to get as many as possible! hehe! that would scare the Chavs, a load of angry poisters weilding fire! they may play with it but we have truly tamed it!!! Oh! just a quickie if you want to know where Plock Court is punch GL2 9DW into google earth etc. The best bit is by the roundabout its surrounded by trees so no disruptions..... well apart from the odd confused jogger. also theres a path that leads across the road to a ......PUB!!! YAY!!

Buggger!! I nearly did that, I have various trade accounts with spirit of air, poipoi,tobar and yoho so i nearly thought of setting up a stall. Ive also just got a set of Flowtoys poi and was interested in importing them as words cant describe how amazing they are!!

OOH! that would be cool! if you can make them cheap enough why not flog them! I was tempted to sell flag poi as i have made quite a few sets! Yes i admight it i am good with a sewing machine! I also love making the gay style flags see www.flaggerboy.com for details, their a bit like poi but the moves are a bit limited. so anyone wants a set give us a shout!
