Last night I tried fire poi for the first time, I wasnt too adventurus but managed to pull off a fountain with windmill at the top and even an air wrap.
I tried an arm wrap but it burnt/scratched my bicep a bit so didnt do it again.
great fun and nice sound and smell (almost as strong as my socks!)

wear sleaves if you're going to do arm wraps, or get smaller wicks.
