hmm... i'm getting a real feel for alot of these moves. but i feel clunky when trying to change from wall plane to say.. a helicopter.

any thoughts ??

A nice simple one is to stop the staff dead in your armpit, and at the same time you turn around a bit (180 degrees is plenty) and that will give the staff the momentum to carry on in the horizontal plane.....and it works backwards too biggrin
