Hey, are the Harry Potter books overrated? Read most of them, they're not bad, but is it as good as everyone said they are?

Well, in the UK it is officially released at midnight.

So we get to look silly in the dark.

My brother wants to go later on and get it, so I'm gonna go too!!

I can't remember if there are any big plots happening in this one, I am so sheltered from the media it's unreal!! But it should be good.

And the books are so much better than the films. You can fit more into a book, and you're not limited by the image shown to you, as you make up your own.

In all fairness, there can't be anything wrong with the formula of her writing as so many people appreciate it. I can't (I have tried) get in to it at all - and I find Rowling somewhat unbearable to watch!

I'm going to a release party, too-a few of my friends are planning to dress up, and I think the bookstore is getting owls from the zoo! Then, since my plane leaves at 7:00 the next morning, and we'll have to leave home at 5:00, I'm just going to stay up and read it the rest of the night!
11 1/2 hours left for me...

Harry Potter dies. Yes, it's very sad. JK Rowling came to her senses, decided that she's made enough money already, and harry should die. She's just transfered all the money she's made from it to my bank account. smile
