Hello everyone!
Ooooooo Just saw that gorgeous picture of the stone circle.

Can`t wait...also getting nervous as our tickets haven`t arrived yet. I`m a Glastonbury virgin and so very very excited! BTW is it OK to take parafin onto the site? It won`t be confiscated will it?

Great minds think alike Flashpoint I was going to head to fabric shop and make bsy with a needle and thread....but to be honest a bedsheet and ducktape is more likely to actually materialise.
wink ubbrollsmile

I'll be aiming to get there asap on wed, depending on trains/flights etc. but headin straight to pennards and might wave poi around shouting "AWOOOOGA!" until some tells me to "Shush, we're over here!". Although this might not prove the best way to make a good impression on everyone biggrin

Failing this I'll just walk around spinning and see what happens!

Things to do while waiting for glastonbury:

1. Make a list of stuff to take

2. Unpack and clean the tent - easier and smug if you bothered to clean it at the end of last season!

3. Buy some essentials... baby wetwipes, suncream, find a hat

4. Post messages on internet forums

5. read the line up... yet again!

6. Watch the preparations at worthy farm live on the BBC webcam:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/music/glastonbury2005/webcam/

9. Get all pathetic & overexcited, lose track of things, and have to stop in the middle of whatever you're doi....

10. Add some pointless smileys at the end of your posts bounce confused2 footinmouth hehe

I don't suppose anyone here has a spare car pass?
I got my tickets online when the site had been stripped down to a basic 'how many people' form and only realised the blunder when the tickets arrived. Doh!

I believe there'll be some passes on sale on the gate, but would rather have one before I get there.

12 days to go! smile

Which is the best carpark to aim for to get to Pennards Hill? Thinking it might be better to come in from the otherside to get closer....
