They finished it a while ago but decided to restart it from the beginning. I never got to see the last few chapters the first time around and Im not gonna really follow it this time either but perhaps Ill get to see the whole thing some day.

12 is out on the 15th of march. other than that i know about as much as you. when i first found it 10 chapters were already made and i've waited around 3 years for new additions.
