Me and my friends can spin fire on our uni campus if we get permission first (usually we try to do it at the same time as juggle society). I guess you just need permission by the owner of the land you're on. Nobodys complained about me spinning fire on the front lawnn outside my house either. Guess its quite lax.Oh yeah, we did fire poi in Hyde Park over summer to, police/wardens (not sure which) turned up, sat in car, watched and drove off after a while. Its ok a guess.Nothing official tho...
