First off, there is never an Ex-Marine

But you see... It wasnt like they were lined up and stuck in a pit an burreid alive, they had weapons down there, possibly some that could blow up those tanks or whatever.

Look at things from a command point of view:

Should you
A. Risk the lives of your men and seek engagment just to give the Iraqis a more humane death?

B. Seek the fastest way possible to eliminate the threat to your people?

War is an ugly thing and ugly things happen in war. Does this make it right, no, but is the possible cost of doing nothing greater or less than the cost of doing something.

3,000 people died when the WTC fell... how many billions of dollars would it cost to rebuild it? Facter that into your cost of war in Afganistan too. Add all that up and you will see that the cost of doing nothing was.

The US made a grave mistake in letting a country run by crazy twits who wanted nothing more than to opress everyone but their buddies. Look what it cost us!

First people complain that nobody did anything, and now that we are doing something, everyone is complaining. WTF do you want us to do.

Bend over and take it up the ass with no lube? Holy pig skins Batman! Why dont you just coat the thing in 1 grit sandpaper!

If you all are so friggin smart and know how everything should be done, get off your lazy asses and go try to run your damn country.

Shit your just like the litte pricks who think that spinning poi is easy and that they can do it. You have so many damn wonderfull ideas and not a damn one of you are prepared to carry out your idea. Well... other than to join the crowed with your homemade/storebought plaquerds, yep your gonna change the world by screaming your voice into inexistance.

Seriously Ray who pissed in your Cheerios?

I didn't say they mercilessly buried these guys alive. There was a reason why I relayed that they were hiding in trenches.

Everyone flipped out when it was a total fabrication to say that such a thing was done and now that there may be a little truth to the rumor you're gonna flip out and tell me how necessary it was.

How would you feel if something like this had been done to U.S. soldiers?

Personally I don't care. You are absolutely right, war is an ugly business and not for the faint of heart. You can't always play by the rules because the game is that of life or death.I am no one's judge and just because I may not always agree doesn't mean I'd condemn anyone for doing what they feel is the right thing to do.

I was only relaying something I was told by an ex-
oh my bad , non active U.S. Marine.

BTW if you are back to pushing buttons I thought it was kind of humorous to see you've taken up the old moniker and attitude. You're worse than a woman with these mood swings of yours.

Hey, as long as there are people out there doing everything in their power to put down my country, you had better believe that I will be there, attitude and all, to cram their words and my fist down their throat.

I am just tired of people thinking that the world and world decisions are easy. It isnt. I doubt that too many people here have ever made a command decision in their life.

By the way, its easy to forgive when something you believe in isnt challenged constantly.

Anyhoo... it is nice to be back

Forgiving is something easy to do no matter the circumstances, you just have to have the heart to do it.

No matter how insulting or mean you attempt to be if I were ever to meet you in real life I would still shake your hand and meet you with an open heart and mind.

Peace bro

Hehe school boy hehe, aint been there in 5 years hehe funny insult.

Poiaholic, something you must know about me man... I love to argue and though I get hot headed easily I am very different out in the real world. I'm a big dog and my bark is worse than my bite, if I even bite at all.

It is easier to let your emotions flow when you dont have to look at the person, know what I mean?

The whole war thing is very simple really...
1.) people have their own agendas which conflict with other people's agendas.
2.) Sometimes this leads to people killing/hurting/oppressing/manipulating other people to get their own way.
3.) This happens in every country at every level.
4.) No-one can ever understand the hidden agendas of every person involved in today's wars therefore no-one can ever understand who is morally right or wrong. All our perceptions are distorted.

HOW TO FLY 101:
step 1. Throw your self at the ground.
step 2. Miss.
