I know there's another thread on this, but it is two pages long and takes a lot of reading before finding out the confirmed date...

So here it is!

Sunday 19th Jan @ 5pm, Camperdown Memorial Park in Newtown.

Celebrating Sydney's (first?) multi-crew meetup as well as the birthdays of fair Frenzie and Rozi. Please bring stuff to chuck on the barbie, as well as plenty of your own fuel for the burn once dusk settles in.
Official Event Listing

So, who has a BBQ they can bring to the park, and what sort of cake would you girls like?

o yeah - directions are easy....

From Newtown Station, cross the road into the paved area with those big round cement balls. (near "The Hub"). Continue walking through the paved area and up past the Police Station. At the next cross street you will find a pub on your right hand side. Turn right into this street and the park is on the other side of the road. We will be around that area.

I think the actual street may be called Lennox Street.

Another good clue is that we'll be near the cemetary (has high walls, so you can't actually see it).

Feel free to drop by my place afterwards. I've got a few bottles of vodka and some OJ or Cranberry juice... From Newtown it's just 7,926 miles (12,756 kilometers) straight down.

Look forward to meeting y'all.

Well, shall we go?
Yes, let's go.

lol...

ummm I think everyone should perhaps bring some food, and maybe some $$ so we can buy the girls a birthday cake and celebratory beverage at the pub across the road.

naturally, bring fuel. We get bitchy when people don't bring fuel

Maybe bring a rug to sit your arse down on, and some CD's (as long as it's not commercial trance or happy hard techno, or michael bolton/celine dion type stuff ) I'll take my lil stereo along.

*puts out the call*

Does anyone who is coming have a portable BBQ they can bring along?

WOW! 40-litres of kero is lots and FREE! Do you mind bringing all that? It would be way cool to just have one fuel supply for all to use
