No 1 Spins Alone Fire Jam (by Whittney)
Spinners in the Washington, DC, metro area are invited to an open fire jam in Silver Spring, MD.
Folks are welcome to join us from 6pm till 10pm April 24th for this month's fire spin jam and to celbrate my birthday.
We set up a fire pit, mucis, space to spin and plenty of water and hot tea for everyone to enjoy. There will also be chocolate birthday cake to celebrate the day.
We ask folks to bring their own fire gear, fuel and a snack to share. For this jam, milk chocolate is the treat of the evening. Donations to help keep things going are appreciated but not required. We also ask that all our guests be 18 or over.

Temple of Poi in San Francisco is having their Fire Expo! Spinners from the all over the world are coming to represent our beautiful art form and the best part is, the event is free! The Fire Expo is partly in celebration of the anniversary of Temple of Poi, and is also a part of National Dance Week! the fun starts @ 7:45pm.
