Pixie Hoops :: Travel Hoop Workshops (by Pixie Hoops)
Unlike the classic hula hoop® toy, Pixie Hoops are larger, slightly weighted and easier for adults and youth to use. Hooping is the fusion of dance, exercise and play with a large weighted hoop.

Presenting the inspired Momentum Hooping Workshop Series.
Join us for 1.5 hours and explore all that Hoop Dance has to offer.
Our instructors are dedicated to creating a safe, invigorating, balanced, challenging and above all fun hula hooping practice for you to follow. The Workshops are the perfect blend of targeted exercise through hooping technique and new exciting hooping tricks! Experience momentum that keeps spirits high and bodies engaged.
Designed to inspire all levels of hoopers - if it is your first time hooping or you have been hooping for years. Our instructors will give you one on one assistance, including directions to hoop beyond each move and exercise that we explore.
Take all your new tricks home with you!!
Featuring custom created soundtracks and hooping music by Taal Fiza.

Firedance workshop in Goa (by Camilla Lee)
Will be held in January and February 2010.
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in JO yoga center, Arambol in North Goa.
Beginners Class
Tuesday and Thursdays 4pm - 6pm
Here you learn basic dance moves with a fire staff and LED and firepoi. You learn about safety when dancing with fire. You build your own firedance tools and your own firedance costume.
Price for firedance workshop to learning to dance with fire : 100 US
Designing and building your own gear is: 100 US
Advanced Firedance performers
Tuesday and Thursdays 6.30 pm - 8 pm
Here you are learning about audience awareness. Building your own firedance solo performance. Interacting with the other performers and performing at full moon at Arambol Beach.
Price for advanced firedance workshop : 100 US
Camilla Lee has performed with firedance & given workshops for 10 years in Asia, South America, Burningman & Solar Eclipse festivals around the world.
