Where my Austin spinners at?!

I'm new to poi, and love it!

I would love to meet others in Austin, Tx. who spin! So, if you know of any shows or would just like to say hello hit me up!

Oh god, where's the flood of posts, it's coming soon. Little do you know, Texas is flooded with spinners. But, unfortunately I'm from Detroit, MI, not Austin, Texas. No one even knows what firespinning is here

I've tried to convert friends, but they all think it's crazy. They love too watch it, but it's too crazy for them.

I just started and am about to begin fire. So, I'm sure I will have a different perspective soon enough. HAHA

Yeah, I don't know where all of them from Texas are, they really need to look here for another person to add to their evergrowing group. Did you make an introduction?

A Texas introduction usually involves firearms and the exchange of cattle

The weekly events I know of are: Enchanted Forest Tuesday nights, Tiniest Bar Wednesday nights, Spiderhouse Thursday nights, and Zilker Park Sunday afternoon. They usually meet every week 8pm til late, but if you go and no one's there then just try again the next week. Hope that helps!
