I've recently just started with double staffs having never learned poi before, or even seen fire spinning live. Anyway a friend showed me a video of Banyan on youtube and I was hooked line and sinker. So about a month ago I went out and bought materials from the hardware store and mocked up some practice staffs, I've practiced on and off for about a month now, sometimes minutes at a time, sometimes hours. Anyway I just received some proper fire staffs in the mail a few days ago and I'm just getting used to them. Here is a video of approx my 5th ever burn (after lots of no-burn practice staff practice of course). If anyone has some advice for me in terms of what to work on, or new moves to look at learning, I would be really appreciative. Thanks everyone Sam
