I watched Sheryl WuDunn speak via Wordpress last week. Definitely ideas worth spreading, though with everything you hear from others, don't forget about your own opinions. The greatest thing you can do to spread those ideas, is to spread them with your own ideas mixed in. Always good to see things from multiple perspectives

I love TED (Even if some of their lectures are a little odd occasionally).

Ben Goldacre's one man campaign for better understanding and more accurate usage of science. The articles linked in the mini-blog are usually mindblowing too. The forum (and its community) is an amazing resource for anyone with an enquiring mind.
