since when have i ever been interested in what other people care about?

if i did i'd be one of those ego-centric performer types that spens all their time bigging themselves and each other up.

anyway, all juggling patterns are siteswaps you big smelly eejit.

if you'd got to synergy earlier last time, you would have seen what i'm doing with my balls nowdays.

not that you'd be interested in my juggling.

or my balls.

I understand that it would impossible for you to actually BE more white, but can you at least try not to SOUND so white? Your proper conjugation of slang grates like suburban cheerleaders calling each other 'dawg'.

And leave Meg alone. She's busy cutting and pasting the same paragraph about burningman on her website's home page over and over...

do that pattern where one ball goes backwards in time... or there's a ball anti-ball annihilation or something.

Then you can call me an eejit. And not before.

as previously discussed, i will use whatever slang i like, in whatever form i choose.

'big themselves up' is a more than acceptable phrase and i only added a little bit more.

if i'd used 'large up' instead would you have been any less offended/indignant/angry/confused?

besides, since when did you become the west-indian slang police?

Awesome link drew.
Forgot about demitri martin but what I've seen is awesome, If you can track his stand up down it's well worth watching

[edit]
you may enjoy his poem that is also a pallindrome

Dammit I'm mad
Evil is a deed as I live
God, am I reviled? I rise, my bed on a sun I melt.
To be not one man emanating a sad. I piss.
Alas, it is hot. I'm in it. I tell.
I am not a devil. I level "mad dog"
Ah, say burning is, as a deied gulp, in my halo of mired
rum tin
I erase many men. Oh to be a man, a sin.
Is evil in a clam? In a trap?
No. it is open. On it I was stuck.
Rats peed on hope. Elsewhere dips a web.
be still if I fill its ebb.
Ew, a spider...eh? We sleep.Oh no!
Deep, stark cuts saw it in one position.
Part animal, can I live? Sin is a name.
Both, one...my names are in it. Murder? I'm a fool.
A hymn I plug, defied as a sign in ruby ash.
A goddam level I lived at.
On mail let it in. I'm it.
Oh, sit in ample hot spots. Oh wet!
A loss it is alas (sip). I'd assign it a name.
Namenot one bottle minus an ode by me.:
"Sir, I deliver. I'm a dog"
Evil is a deed as I live. Dammit I'm mad.

This is Sam, who is a belly dance teacher and performer currently on Vancouver Island. She has been a huge influence recently on the local belly dance scene!Selling out shows , some of the best quality I have seen in such a small community. We are very lucky. Inspiring!

I think this was filmed the first night of a snow storm ( we are all snowed in right now) - some performers did not make it, the audience was small due to the treacherous weather conditions. But the show went on, reworked and adapted to the new situation in minutes flat. She is a pro!

Drew, I thought you would appreciate her musicality.

She spins poi too!

yeah, Sam rocks. The intricacy of what she does astounds. The tightness of its fit to the music, the attention to detail, thematic play and contrasts of flow/vs containment, wow wow wow. I had lost interest in the tribal belly dance scene until she came along.

She did a show here with Angie, another belly dancing friend, that blew us all away. Had the whole little island wanting to dance...

yeah, that one is stylistically modern, tribal fusion with emphasis on isolations. But she does belly dance, believe me! I think , like all things, the very definition of belly dance is changing...

I like her dancing because she does not throw out tradition, she's learned it and incorporated it into her own style. I think that is what gives her a refinement you dont often see in other tribal fusion dancers. Her control and understanding of movement and her body goes right down into the pores, it is not superficial at all.

Wheres Arashi when ya need him? I'd love to know what he thinks...

i didn't misnderstand you - you said that my use of west indian slang combined with proper grammar 'grates'.

the dictionary defines that use of the word as:
"To irritate or annoy persistently."

then you compared me to a wigga cheerleader, possibly a bit like this lass:

you said i annoyed you, so i suggested you chill.

but seriously, if i use different slang that you are less familiar with (i.e. anything that's never been used on a beatie boys track), will it mean i get less slang use corrections?

maybe you somehow think that because you hear little white kids at your school using 'slang of black origin' all day, justin timberlake style, it makes you an expert in the field and thus an authority on the upstate n.y. high-school-approved usage of said slang?

well sir, that is some crazy bull-shiznit, that i would be strongly inclined to refer to as 'wack', and not just normal strength wack but some played out wackness of the highest order.

Does the dictionary also say that it means "to offend/confuse/or make indignant"? Or did you "Coleman" that?

Coleman: v. To take a fact written on the internet so out of context or proportion that it is no longer true.
Ex:
NYC: I like ice cream.
Coleman: So what you're saying is that you hate all black people?

NYC: I find it grating when you alter slang to fit traditional English language formatting.
Coleman: So what you're saying is that you are offended, angry, indignant, and confused?

No. You didn't.

My white kids don't generally use slang in that manner. Sometimes sarcastically but you Brits never understand that. If anything I'd credit my time in Brooklyn working with gang members in inner city schools to keep me up on my West Indian slang. Especially those from the West Indies. But I don't need street cred to know when wack is wack.

Now go and watch the deleted scenes from 8 mile again and maybe you can pretend you can freestyle also.
