I agree that it isn't overly hard to do two staffs and two poi, but it's harder than just doing multiples of the same prop type, cause I get really sick of people telling me to do like four staff contact when I'd rather try one staff contact and play with some other form of prop like meteor

I've done staff, poi and juggling at the same time... must be 6 years ago now. I thought I'd invented poiggling until I joined here and found out it was Devkev lol

You should do hoop too.

You should do one staff, one poi, juggle, do hula hoop and balance a club on your face and try not to look like a total idiot.

Edit Reason: the last bit will be the hardest.

theres a guy down here in cornwall who is pretty smooth with 2 or 4 poi and 2 staffs. its been around down here at least 3 years. there's a youtube i saw of someone in byron bay doing double staff and 2 poi, can't remember his name but will find out. might try to persuade the guy down here to go on film but he's a bit camera shy.

Meg you should see the picture I have from Hampton court palace workshop Gig I did.
Poi, Juggling, Staff, and a diabolo in my teeth on a rola-bola, balancing a spinning plate on my head and a Gymnasts ribbon stuck in the back of my trousers like a tail, after a kid asked how many things could be done at once - I got loaded up for a laugh (and because the organisers wanted to see too) ... guess what, not looking like an idiot is very VERY hard but that's what I am so why hide the fact eh wink
Combining props can be cool but it can also go too far (see above description)

lol Jake the Juggler can juggle clubs whilst keeping a diabolo in his teeth. I've seen it done I tell you but as you say keeping it going is a different matter.

This weekend I'm going to attempt some extreme balances, gonna try and balance something on my nose or head whilst climbing, ideally on the overhang at the local wall. wish me luck!

for the record I think I saw someone do the double staff/poi combination at a clapham or falmouth a few years ago - I think it was c@ntus. I had video, but it's so long ago I've recorded over it.
