Common Ground 09 - SOLD OUT!!! (not kidding!)

well I thought I would start a thread for the upcoming CG.

All we have locked in for now is the date;

Friday to Monday, 2nd to the 5th October.

Please do not pass on ticketing info to people who have not bought tickets, if you put money in our account and have not confirmed with Kate, then we will send you back the money minus postage.

It looks like this coming CG09 will be the last big CG that Katinca and I organise for a while (perhaps someone else will take up the torch?) - cuz Katinca and I need a bit of time for travel and getting our land in order. However, we have a lot of very special ideas for this CG which will probably make it better than it's ever been before, so if you are still tossing up whether you want to come this year or not, you really should come.

Being a now full-time workey I can't say for certain if I can make it up this year or not, but if i do i plan to bring tai chi to the workshops this year as well as the Brenn Shiatsu Hour(s)

Likewise, I hope I can make it!

wooh! i was right with my guessing on the date for this year's cg!!

but i don't think i'll be coming this year we're buying a house so we'll be pouring all our money into that instead!! i mean for owning our own place but yeah, money will be tight for a while!

well - itll depend on where in the world i am in early october - but if im in aus ill be there for sure.

This April I'm going to Bali for Nick Woolsey's poi retreat, and Burning Man- coming back mid September. Travel money might possibly be used up by October... but let's see how we're travelling a bit later in the year, eh. Thanks for organising yet another bound-to-be-great event, Josh and Kate!

Dunno what workshops ya want from me, but...?
Manipulation: Double Whip, Swinging Clubs, Multiple Staff, 1-3 Hat
Theory: Street Shows, Performance and Choreography, Fire Safety
and im happy to Compeer and do some acts in The Main show and/or create Renegade Cabaret
