we have two tents and a nice bit of camo tarp. so if it rains we will have a nice little chill out area any ways.

Pitman hun, last year the whole field sank into a foot of mud. A tarp really isn't going to save you

That shouldnt happen this year, i spoke to the organisers and they are getting track laid down and are sorting the field out (no more foot high wet grass!) so it should be a bit nicer. Also they are having the jacuzzi open again this year so if it does get wet you can have a dip to warm up.

not stealing toast's image.. giving it our own unique shine, remember imitation is the sincerest form of flattery

Dear god, Phone them back and tell them not to cut the grass, The Grass was the only thing stopping us from disappearing into the quagmire! Less grass means more mud... arghhhhhhh I'm sinking...sinking...help! sinkin.......!

Would anyone be able to give me a lift there and back?

I live in Newbury and can travel to Reading!

I have it on good authority that the "early bird" cheaper tickets have nearly sold out!

Also I notice that Los Albertos have been added to the lineup, Wikid !

Drive, grab a lift with someone else, hitch, take the train... rickshaw, horse & cart, sedan chair. The possibilties are endless.

A new forum has been added for lift shares and general Firegathering chat:

http://forum.firegathering.co.uk/

It could do with some contributions to get the ball rolling I think.

Hello Everyone, so the weekend approches and it looks like a stonker! so the workshops we have are going to be Ace, Firstly I would like to talk about the Tai Chi, this is a must for Anyone who is intrested in movement and manipulation (everyone on this forum I suspect!) The sessions are being headed by my Sifu Simon Robbins http://www.clearskytaichi.co.uk/ I have been training with Simon for nearly 5 years now and the training has helped my manipulation skills a huge amount, Many of you will agree with me when I say that all manipulation arts juggling, poi, diabolo, contact juggling etc...have under pinning principles of movement they share, so by learning one you help another, well imagine an art that under pins all of these and more all at the same time, it is my opinion that by training in tai chi I am improving all of the other arts I am intrested in. Sound usefull....? so come along and find out!
