Southern Lights 2007 15-17th june (New Forest Fire Gathering)

OK People, Yesterday the Venue was confirmed for our little festival / Gathering.

Southern Lights 2007 Info

Dates are 15-17 June
(unfortunately clashes with Uberparis but Rob has been told off for this minor transgression)

Venue is Holton Lee (near Poole) in Dorset

Max Capacity is 250 people

Stuff going on / planned
Big Marquee
Music (bands / DJ) until 11 pm (then PA down by camp site until late although quieter)
Workshops (anybody who wants to run one let me know)
Fire spinning Area
Bonfire (was planned for camp fires but we are pushing for one or the other)
BBQ
Open Mic sessions
Morning Forest Yoga
Nature walks
other stuff to be confirmed

price is looking like £25 in advance a bit more on the door

maps and routes will be provided and it is about 1 mile from the nearest train station and a bus stops opposite the entrance.

OK peeps, I will be doing the web page this week, and sorting out a payment method (attached to that)
most likely payment method will be a paypal link to use paypal or credit card, if people have a problem with that I'll see if we can arrange something else.

I shall find out about mollydogs jo is there any where said pup could play if they aren't allowed?

yep Molly lives with my folks anyway, i was just going to see if I could take her on a little holiday!

Right, I have asked and sorry Jo it seems that dogs are not a good idea due to the site containing a nature reserve, there are deer and stuff roaming around nearby. sorry hun


However I CAN say that Tickets are now available for sale via the southern lights ticket pages, you can do the whole online thing or get tickets direct from me, or the other organisers with cash

bands have been booked (see the Bands page) although timing of when they will be playing may be shuffled a bit...
