Doubles Isolated Antispin

I've only just started playing with antispin, isolations & doubles, so I have nothing particularly intelligent to add at this point.

just wanted to give props to a thread, that stretches my brain to breaking point... but in a good way.

just an idea, about creating lateral shapes spinning staffs (i.e triangle/square antispin)

is this true or am I mistaken:

given no handwraps/fingerspinning:

in order to create the shape in wallplane you need x linear isolations + [(x-1) for odd numbered or x for even numbered lateral shapes] antispun turns (these are not full turns, just moving the staff enough to create the next 'side' of the shape)
