... the mice will revolt, the ants will rise up, the bees and the wasps will lay down their stings and swap them for ploughshares. The sparrowhawk will retire after many years' service, while the stags will drink mulled wine and muse about the golden times. The ass will find a partner, and the ox will release his autobiography and go in for some identity therapy. London will go into hibernation, storing up six month's worth of acorns and hazlenuts, curling up somewhere warm near Charing Cross tube station. The skies will bleed red, will the rivers will turn green with envy...

And we'll run around as always, pushing heaps of green paper from one place to another, admiring each others' spangly watches, and wondering why our asses spread year from year, why vegetables are never fresh, and how incredibly beautiful it is to wake up each morning.

Seasons greetings one and all, and a verry merry new year.

Alex

I don't forsee any special chaotic goings on this next year, with the exeption, perhaps, of the imminent BS war in the middle east.

I am waiting for 2004, the year of the monkey (my birth year). Traditionally the year of the monkey is the year of chaos, and madness. It is the year when the world seems like it is falling apart at the seams.

I can't wait [Cool]

Ya know after you mentioned that NYC,I went back and looked and you deserve a pat on the back. They all sound like they want to kill each other and everyone's getting all in a tizzy and all you said was hopefully they'll straighten out the middle east. And for all the conservatives who back Bush all the way, riddle me this.Did bombing Afghanistan after 9/11 make us any safer from Al Qaida or terrorism?Unless you plan on carpet bombing the entire planet our problems won't be over after the war with Iraq.My hope for 2003 is that cooler heads will prevail and someone will think of a better way.My prediction is that people who simply want peace will still be considered traitors and Baby Bush will get a "that a boy" from Poppa Bush for finishing what he couldn't.

cool. nice to see that you all sorted out your differences without much help!

Please keep this thread on topic. For those of use who are a little newer, we have waxed lyrical about the war in several threads over the last several months, so perhaps opinionated references to such things be best left in said threads.

This is a lovely thread other than all that.

I look forward to living, loving and laughing. I look forward to continual self development, particularly spiritually, and I look forward to making and mastering a bunch of new fire toys. [Smile]

love n light.

Some new and unbelieveable moves are gonna be developed, probably along with a new toy of some description.

Strugz will make a video whilst wearing a hat.

I will publicly make a fool of myself

and many Hoppers will meet up make new friends and continue to make this such a sociable and friendly site we all love

now come on peeps. Whats gonna happen this year (and keep it light-hearted )
