OK, 1st of all, im from west swindon, and 2nd, it's my birthday on the 3rd feb:), i think i will come check out this meet. Also tell me more on the tuesday night meet ups.

Hey everyone. Definitely up for this, dont know anyone on here but a mate of mine said he's prob going and filled me in on the info so thought id come have a look at this. Sounds gd. I work Friday and Saturday day and then monday again but saturday night till Sunday sounds cool so put me down for that. I havent practised much over winter so this is prob a good way to get back into it...

Im a marlborough Person. A few people here do poi and staff, but the person i was referring to is called Mark (he has a mohawk, might help identify him!). Yeah some ppl from here have been to the thing on tuesdays but i havent yet bcuz getting home and stuff is an issue...

Oh and i jst ordered some triple wicked poi so i will have those to play with Hehe late christmas present for myself.

anychance that anyone's going from anywhere near me that could give me a lift, i can move around abit it's just i dunno weather i'll have the money to go all the way there and back etc.

I think a couple of people are coming from Exeter way, but they're probably training it.

Petra - I know Mark! I saw him yesterday (I think) in Swindon, and he said something about it being hard to get over here for the club, or something.

Have you thought about setting up a meet in Marlborough, if there's a few of you? There has to be some sort of hall or something that you could all chip in and hire out for an evening.

Yeah thatd be him. Yeah im the summer we used to meet up behind this barn and practise but after the cold weather kept in that kinda died but hopefully we'll start up again and try and get more people involved as it was a very nice cheap way to spend an evening, for us who did fire stuff and also for people we knew who jst fancied coming along to chill out. Mark still hacks the cold and goes out and does it but i havent much. Think i will start to now as he only lives down the road. Once i get my new poi i think ill have the motivation i need to hack the cold and do it!
