Ben (or whatever your name is....lol)

'Oi' will suffice told ya though, in the end, Ben's easier to remember

Erm, tell you what, if you can buy a can of paraffin whenever you have time, or at the same time as you go buy if you haven't already, I'll pay whatever the cost when I next see you?

yeah I got some on the way back - £4 of suspiciously green dyed fuel that I'm assured is paraffin (Kirk's is usually sound enough so I'm happy.....)

Ros,
so you will go to London Juggling Convention and the Kundalini party, AND back to Birmingham and fire spin on Sun. Wow... you are amazing (as you are!)

( i am checking the flyer of the kundalini party, would it be too late if i make up my mind on Sat?)

Ok, thanks for that, I'll definitely get you the cash back on that.

Same place/time? I'll try to get there earlier this time and not get lost.

Annoyed that the train service is out on the weekends though, so I'll be taking the replacement bus and will be ditched in the centre of town again.

Eccles - alas I'm not going to LJC - I can't figure out how to and haven't got a ticket. And can't really afford it.
And need to visit my sister AND brother on Sat before Kundalini

...I can't get a train to Selly Oak?....oh....hmmmm I wonder if Cath's friend wanted to come take photos...not that I don't trust my ability to find busses or anything.

Kieron, I meant that the train line where I am to Selly Oak is out of service on the weekends for maintenance. The train from wherever you are should be operating, unless it runs on the same line as the tracks from New Street station.

However I have no idea what isolated weave is so its a bit hard to know what to practice

Have a look at the Yuta vid currently linked inthe vids forum, shuold be easy to spot. Check my gellery too for a cheating 7 beat version. If you can iso you can iso weave, we'll get you doing it in no time

has anyone found indoor play space yet? Uni's are full of them, there must be something to be blagged for free?

True, but throw in the word 'Fire' and then it becomes a whole different problem

So lose the fire, is much worth it for extra hours or warm dry spinnage and there's always summer to look forward to

I should be there this evening Dunno what time, bout 6ish I reckon cuz I can't stay very late. Will have meths, parafin and doobie related smiles

Eccles showed me again on Wednesday and now its looking a bit more like an isolated weave, been looking at videos as well and I think its mainly my single loop on each side thats messed up. *Keeps practicing*

I'll be there about 4-5ish so I can find the shop that sells parraffin and buy some.

hope you guys are having a wonderful time *sigh*

About the indoorness and 'losing the fire' - we all meet on Monday evenings at Circus Soc to spin indoors anyway Dunc, so the real aim was to have something where people CAN burn and enjoy - and spin a little later into the evening etc. Though no doubt much planning and evolution is going to take place to keep this going.

See you tomorrow/this week/next sunday (delete as appropriate)

Sorry I couldn't make it to the fire spin tonight...I had a bit too much of a big night out last night and I was pretty trashed when I crawled through my door.

I should be up and stumbling again tomorrow so I should be at CS. Now...time to fall offf this chair and crawl to bed...finally...

2 staffs were left behind tonight, about 3-4 foot long. I think I saw ogre playing with them earlier. They are now in the possession of Kieron

so the Meths experiment was a flop then! Ah well never mind, we learn as we evolve eh

Was nice to see folks and meet a few new faces last night, shame I couldn't stay longer tho Sandy, what's this car park location you were on about last night where you can get out of the rain and spin fire? Is it far from Selly Park? We were pretty lucky to miss the deluge last night, except Kieron who was thoroughly drowned looking when we got there

Those staffs are ogre's i forgot to take them back with me he doesnt know yet cos he hasnt noticed yet oops!
im gonna try to be there there on sunday but my sister is playing her first gig with her new band at 6 so i might be a bit late.
Dunc the car park i was on about is at b'ham uni. we dont have permission to spin there but you can get away with the odd one now and again. We were thinking about asking if it would be ok for us to go down but i dont recon they would be up for a load of people decending and scorching up their ceilings with burn offs (you might not think this a problem but after you've had one burn off with a ceiling above you, you want to do more, trust me)

Heh, i'll bring them Sunday. If you can't make it is there anyone you want me to give them to to make it easier for you to get a hold of them? Otherwise I'll just keep a hold of them till next time I see you.

*Imagines attempting a poi burn off on a cieling*

This time I'm wearing the biggest coat I have so it shall be surprisingly sunny and hot as soon as i've gone too far to bother going back.
