It's typical I only find poi after I move from Brum to Northampton, and there doesn't seem to be anyone here who will spin with me...

Anyway I'm in brum on the 19th... So wondered if you'd mind if I joined you??

I'm fairly sure it'd be okay. Party on the 19h is at Eccles' house but he's a "more the merrier" kind of chap, so I'm sure it'll be fine

It is indeed a shame I tend to the park here a couple of times a week in the hope that spinners will bump into me or vice versa... Not happened yet, although I did have more luck in the pub! How many of you meet up?

Eccles' thread here about his party on Saturday 19th Aug. At his last party we went to Highbury Park, I think...

um, dunno. I haven't been to the Sunday sessions for a few weeks. In term time at least five people will show up, but I'm really not sure who's around right now. Hopefully, judging from previous comments in this thread, this weekend will be a biggie.

the park next to my house is called Kings Heath Park.
This one (19th) would be similar to my previous one.

Just gather in my house (128 Highbury Road, B14 7QP)
around 5ish-6pm. let me know if you want to meet up in town or turn up early.
as Jon said'Eccles'for chicken wings or veggie equivalent'
would be more than enough food for everyone til late.
Then set fire in the evening/night. since it goes dark around 8ish, we can go for a normal spin before fire.

at the moment here are the people said they would come.
(Spinner/Juggler/fire): Me!, Carol, Jon, John, Jane, Lex, Oli, Duncan, Richard, Chris and Virginia
(non-hop): Lucy, Martin, Caroline, Wendy , Brian, Sabine, Chris, Lucas and Melissa.

so if they all turn up as plan (+ 4 housemates). i would be an interesting night~
