Occasionally I catch a glimpse of it working, it'll come thx.

However today I learnt not to guess at clipper numbers when your getting your hair cut...or at least not to guess wrong...whoops, nevermind theres less to burn now and it'll grow back.

I'll be there of course, found somewhere that sells paraffin nearby but of course there out. And the store in selly oak will be closed so unless someone wants to buy paraffin for me and have me pay them there I won't have any. Shall contribute to anyone who wants to share.

No I wasn't drunk, I was in a silly mood.

I'm going to see a friend's band (The Capones) at 7 at the Actress and Bishop in town. They're not exactly ska punk, more kind of politi-punky ska.

Anyone's welcome to come along and it's free.

Anyway, I might not be able to come along to spin anyway so you can meet when you like, but the clocks are still changing tomorrow and it's still gonna get dark by 4.30.

4 or 5 sounds good to me, then we won't have to meet just in complete darkness and relying on fire-spinners for light

I think the railway is still out of action during the weekends for maintenance though, so the replacement bus'll ditch me somewhere in Selly Oak...god help me find that park again

It dumps you at the station. You just walk out of the car park, turn right, walk along a little bit and take the first right. Go up that till your at the top where a sign pointing the way to the railway station (the way you;ve just walked up), turn left and walk along untill the park appears on your right. If I remember correctly from last weeks confused wandering around in circles getting soaked whilst knowing I was only 5 minutes away from the right place.

I'll be there between 4-5. Need to try and learn some new things.

EDIT: Slight alteration to directions to make them more easily understood, there still not great but they were right. Alternatively just take the bridge from the station and your on the road you have to go to the top of but I just said the way I knew which adds a whole 30 seconds on to your time by going round the bridge.

From where the replacement bus dropped me at the station my directions are possibly correct.

And yes the rain is making me indecisive on whether to come or not.

woowoo! thank you for lovely inspiration guys...........

Eccles has been volunteered for next weeks impromptu masterclass
*getting all excited about what you're gonna teach us - boing!*

Had a great one. Will endeavour to be less hungover next week (though it's highly unlikely i'll succeed as having a houseparty for a friend on sat night and going out on friday. eeeep!).

Love and flamey things...... fluffsta

Thanks for explaining the waist wrap Ros, I at least learnt that its not supposed to hit me in the eye And how to do it, just need to practice.

Also if thats what your like hungover...i'm not sure anyone can keep up with you awake and sober. If your ever in such an unsual state.

I'll probably go to Nuneaton Saturday and be at Birmingham for Sunday. *Goes to find spinny music?*

Just remembered, I'm not gonna be there next sunday, so could you bring the paraffin to thursday night, Ros?

I'm gonna be going to the guild at 6:30 ish so I'll be following the crowd, as I have NO idea where the vale is and knowing me, if I try to get there alone, I'm either gonna get very lost or take a VERY long detour or both

Cheers.
