Big old shindig in Cork with Music Fire and Madness

I would like to invite you all to a gathering in cork on the 20th to the 22nd of may. It will be in county cork in the open air and peace and quiet, so bring your tents (final location to be announced but if you can get yourself to cork city we'll manage from there).

There will be music dancing singing juggling spinning and of course, lots and lots of fire.

I'm also in the process of getting together some workshops. Would you like to add something? Let me know if you have any workshop ideas or if there is anything in particular you would like to see over the weekend.

Also, please feel free to bring along all the musicians you can find and in fact anyone at all that you think might enjoy a weekend camping in the country

Well I do believe that the gathering shall be held (at least partly) at my place in West Cork, just outside timoleague. We've got a little cottage, a big field, old abbey, ohhh and electricity just for my Ado P
And if it can be arranged journeys to beaches and woods for further spinniness

chances are we're all only gonna be there for just one night. we have a video to shoot and trip back to our respective cities on sunday. i'm sure we'll want/need to practise lots before filming starts too...

are we really gonna have time for all these workshops?

just a quick question...

is everyone fixed for tents?

i know the last time we were out in tara there were a few people without, and also 3 to a 2-man tent which was a little claustrophobic. are there any of you with extra tents or is everyone covered for somewhere to sleep...

i don't have a tent at present. though i intend picking one up on friday just before i head down. problem is i'm only buying a 1-man so won't be able to share with anyone...

(unless of course he's extremely cute )

Both Colm and Stefan have nice big tents (colms fits something like 12). I reckon we could all pile in and have cuddle party if we wanted.

There's a bunkbed and double sleeping area in the cottage for anyone who's stuck. I have my lovely bed in my parents house so I can set up my tent for people too... so no-one should be sleeping in a ditch
