The official list of hotmail addresses for people to contact each othe

I've had a few people add me.

I don't really mind, but it'd be nice if they had a name that I could recognise!

Me too, I only usually add people who have met or are friends of friends

Somone gave me the huge one, and I've been told off a few times for adding people..... If you dont want me, block and delete me

I dont mind people adding me, but when they add and never talk? whats the point. Please anyone if you do add me (had 4 in last 24hours) dont be scarred to chat I will talk to anyone as long as your a hopper

can people who are distributing said lists not? it's an invasion of privacy, not very sporting. Personally I don't care, but i can't speak for everyone

gotta love this thread, thanks to it i now have just had 7 random people i dont know add me. unfortunately, they are all too scared to talk to me. am i that ugly and scarey???????? (noone answer that!)

I use seperate email addresses for everything and route them all through to the same, so I can see who has sold my address/is responsible for spam and blacklist it. I'm now recieving spam to my msn email address since my msn id was given out by a certain member of HoP. The email address exists no where online (webpages, usenet, mailing lists, directories etc) and isn't guessable, so can only have come from one place.

If you want to act like an idiot online and attract spammers to your own email address that's fine, but don't piss about with other people's online details.

Not that i expect any one should need it, but all the same......

Yeah, I got that from 3 people just this evening.

People don't seem to understand taht all of that stuff is *total* spam.

Agreed with other poips requesting no more sharing of emails- the address I'm listed under, for example, is my Uni email, and in heavy use- I didn't plan it that way when i started using it but now I depend on it and dont want spam flowing into it all the time.
