Please show me antispin weave at Tribe of Frog Before you stare at your hand for hours on end. I'm still not sure I understand it?!

my hand or the move?

and stugz - thanks for the divx info , and i cant do straight jackets cos they are hard, so i think what you mean is crossers. which is a reel with your arms crossed i think.

Both

And I went off to practice crossers after seeing your video and found some wonderful new ways to hit myself

Yeah good vid man, the butterfly buzzsaw lop at around 1:58 looks even better on fire than with your socks.

Props man, but move around a bit, you're not usually so stationery!

oli - great, great spin man

truly a video to be proud of that - from now on this is where i shall point people when they say you can have tech and flow with poi.

that antispin weave is especially f*cked up and looks unbelieveably smooth with fire.

nice one.

Well I thought I should dig these out, and I'm impressed
Only seen NASIS so far but crazy stuff there! I'm sure there's points at which you just let go and just dance around for a while with balls of flame dancing around you independantly
Why don't my monkeyfists do that?
Some sweet tight stalls and loops and sh!t, and I have a feeling next time we meet I'm gonna be doing crossers (always wondered what they were)

Nice vid dude! Good to see Oli productions are busy at work

ok, bad news first......some of your split time sucks, especially in the first half of the vid, the whip catch at 2:35 isn't great, you should have edited in a cleaner one for the vid. You could improve your flowers with infront iso tranfers at about 3:48, your arms are coming in to early (especially the right) and forcing the iso's to be out of sink and unfluid, maybe add one extra beat or just extend your arms further before you go into the isolation. (Nice move tho, where'd you get it from ) And the section afterwards is scrappy your right arm seems to let you down alot in the vid, or amybe it's just cuz it's the busiest arm!

Good news last....the music fits puuurfect but i hate you for using the tune I wanted to use!! Your contact work is comin on loads, I like the little tranfers at around 25secs and 1:05 around your arms, you should work on propellors more tho to get them sweeeet. Hyperloops are as beautiful as ever, except now you seem to have them even smoother, you can't even see your arms working their rotation most of the time! Iso thorows work really well too. Loop stalls/pendulum look awesome. Loop toss at 4:06 is brilliant. Your butterfloops have gotten lovely too, even smoother than when I saw you in Exeter last. Yo-yo type moves look cool, I like the little "shunts", who need circles Iso toss at 5:55 is inspiring.

So all in all, wicked vid. Shame about the light change, the colours at the beginning are great.

thanks for the critisim dunc, help at last

the thing at 2:35 is an airwrap suicide i think, not a whip catch and i cant do em any cleaner than that the rest im working on. i actually learnt split time butterfly the other day...

Fun vid.

Only real criticism I have is that your spinning is a bit too technical for my taste. Your style seems to be more of a head [censored] than it is a flow of patterns, which is cool, just not what Im into. I will, however, be taking a thing or two and modifying them to fit my style. I really like some of the throw-head catch-throw-handle catch stuff.

One other note, I think a suicide is when you let go of BOTH handles which I dont believe you did in this vid.

oli, you crazy bastard
a few very nice loking new moves beggining to form there...you've gotta teach me some of that shiz

and then maybe you could stop so the rest of the world could catch up with you, well the ones of us that are human and not machines built just to do poi, and invent moves such as heizunburgs, or however you spell it

thats not poi.....thats madness
