how about we check what it's actually like on sunday, and then maybe at half seven, move to somewhere else if necessary? we could walk to a slightly different area of the queen victoria gardens, or we could stroll half a block over into the botanical gardens.

Im thinking primarily, its best to wait for the people who dont have internet access, and wont get this message??

I won't be here this week. hope you guys all have fun organzing the commoncrap games without me.

if a decition is made to move after tommorow night, please post it up on here.

I suggest that if it is a problem, we still should be able to meet up in our normal spot, and then migrate as a whole to another spot for the night.

If there is a change in location for this coming Sunday, could someone message my mobile phone please (I know Flynty and Petey have my number) because my internet access is mostly non-existant.

So is everyone still coming this week, despite games-in-the-way-ness? Or did it work out last Sunday? damn my laziness, if it weren't for that I'd already know!!!

I went past our twirling spot on the tram on my way to work today and it looks good The only sign of the games were barriers around the hammer throw statue and a pile of barriers next to a tree. It might be worse next sunday, as the road cycling race is going along city road, but it will probably be over by the time we get there.

my dears!!! there is a WHOLE bunch of circus stuff on tonight, that I am really really keen to see.

I propose maybe tonight we have an alternative night of entertainment and go see some circussy stuff? THere is an excellent show on at seven o'clock: Linkylink!
anyways, I know dave and jo are keen to see the seven show, and I'm definately wanting to go. I thought it would be nice if we could make an outing of it? So maybe if you see this and you'd like to go, let others know? Please note that this show is rather popular and it's best to be there before six to queue, otherwise you'll miss getting in like we did last night.

please please please spread the word to others who dont live in internet land???

I was apparently rostered on for work tonight as well (the phone call I received this morning is another story though!) therefore they might be wanting to make me regularly working on a Sunday night. Hopefully this is NOT so, but just in case...I need mega hugs for when I am there!

Heya everyone from Sunday night,
Its DOM! - Yes!!, I finally found myway to the site and joined the forum, so at least you can keep me updated to everything, aye?

- =)

Also, keep in mind guys, I wont be at the circle this sunday as I am off to see Shooglenifty perform (scotish fun filled dance music night) so I will see you the week after, with those awesome open fabric thai pants that I am so well known for, for each of you who inquired about them. Remember, they are $10 each, lucky, as this is the last time I can wholesale them from my supplier so cheap as he is raising the prices to $15.00 now (I have already finalised the order, so sorry guys who didnt get to talk to me on sunday or last week) but thats ok, you can still get them, they will just be that little bit more expensive, thats all =)

- Take Care Guys,
OH! - And those of you coming to the feast I am holding on Saturday, don't forget to let me know please, =)
dominic.hawkins@gmail.com

Thanks Guys!,
--- Dom

Hey again guys! -

Keep in mind, everyone is welcome to the feast! just give me a quick call or email and I will send you all the information,
it doesnt cost anything other than each person bringing SOMETHING to add to the feast, i.e. vegetables, "pumpkins" (thanks Moka!, cant wait to see the 3kg pumpkin =), cocconut milk, herbs, drums, fire-stuff, twirling + poi, honey, flour (although we make all the pies + breads the day before, it helps to re-stock our own flour reserves, =p ), nuts and grains, sultanas + raisins, seasonings, a turkey (to roast), etc...

So as long as you can bring SOMETHING!, your more than welcome, =)
It is on Saturday 25th (yes,, 2 days time!) and cooking starts around 3pm, with the actual feasting + enjoying around 7pm, so basically, anyone who wants to help cook (or those bringing veg/etc.) should try to get to our place by 3pmish and everyone is welcome to the feast at 7.

It is to celebrate the Autumn Equinox festival, one of the yearly esbats and more so than anything, it is just a chance to get some "community" together =)

Look forward to seeing most if not all of you there!! =p
Just email me and grab the address and details from me.

- Dom
