And ehmz, if it starts early enough then I'm able to come! I will have to take the last train to Breda again though, have an early training next morning.

...yeah, said he has to work on his pirouettes and that in france the tutus are best quality (its so difficult to get his favourite pink in the netherlands - even in amsterdam they dont have it...) so he's putting the two things together.

We can only spin from 7pm till 9pm? I mean... then we have to stop before we are able to set everything up!

alright, probably a bit longer... but if i remember correctly, last time didnt last so long either.

and i dont know if we do the same smoke/laser show like last time. so the set up time could decrease a bit.

i mean, if everybody wants to have smoke, thats fine - but for pure practise it would not be necessary.
plus, this meeting will be different from the last one. as i said last time: its not my room, so if we have a meeting (and i would like to have one regularly) than we have to somehow include other students of my university.
i would rather like to make it some kind of regular (maybe monthly) practising day (like in paris, where they manage to meet weekly) to learn from each other, not just to have a smoke show.

The laser there was only a try out, I was happy to have gotten it fixed that midday and wanted to test :-)
So yeah I'll definately wont come each time (neither weekly nor 2 weekly) and even then I wont haul all that [censored] there each time.

I love to share what i know when I'm there (most jugglers do), simply walk up and ask. But i cannot commit to any regularity as to when I'll drop by.

It would be awsome to use the space for practice, especially in cold wintertime! It's nice and central in utrecht. I'll be sure to come more often.

i didnt expect everybody to come regularly, just try to set up regular meetings (we'll see if this one works out - the other one was pretty fine in my opinion..) - can imagine that it is quite stressful for people outside of utrecht.

what i thought was to try to make a standard meeting and than maybe time from time one with smoke and laser.
i mean, before you enjoy fire or laser, you have to work and practise in the first place, right? :P

now, sorry for all the stress, student association seem to be a bit slow with answering in general.

i post again this afternoon and then it will be final.

squatted building, center den bosch (5 minutes from station), inside room for light, flat roof for fire, bar inside, soundsystem available (even some instruments...), possible to sleep over, (free) parking spot for 2/3 cars...

Just introducing myself. Am a spinner down in Tilburg and am very alone here. There is only one other fire poi artist I know and he's up in the Randstad. He's also the one who taught me firepoi in the first place and we're doing a little show soon at the Elf Fantasy Fair with a few others.

But apart from him, there's no one else I know of in this damn town who I can practise with or learn new tricks from. And generally because I want to do street performing, it's much easier with a group of more than one person.

welcome here on HoP! I don't know any HoP people from Tilburg, but there are indeed spinners in Breda and one in Den Bosch, both about 20 minutes by train.
