Well, currently it seems to be sunny-ish and not raining, however 2 minutes ago it was pissing it down

Stoopid English weather...

Er - Well, unless it's really cold/wet/both I guess we can say the river at 8.
Bring something to sit on and possibly a thermos of something warm.

there's probably no point at all in writing this post, but yay!! I'm coming spinning!! I'll try and be there by 9pm, but I'm in Leatherhead - so might take ages

In light of the fact Glasto tickets go on sale the same day and time (well an hour later) you will be allowed to go outside and keep ringing and ringing and ringing to try and get a ticket. But only briefly

I have new toys

For once the weather seems to be with us - usually when we're inside it's sunny (well, apart from when it snowed), and when we're outside it's wee-ing down.

Today looks wonderfully overcast

As the weather forecast is pretty rubbish for this Thursday - we're inside again this week - 22nd April

Hopefully some more people will turn up this week as it was a little under-attended (and thus under-funded ) last time.

I just wondered when the next meet is. I keep intending to pop down, but i have to rearrange my job in the pub so need a little advanced warning. It would be great now with the nice weather.

We meet *every* week - just not always in the same place

If you assume we're meeting inside at Backline studios at 7pm, that's a good place to start.
If no-one's there, we'll be by the river Just give me a ring to find out on the day!

Inside this week - for once the weather forecast was right
(Well, apart from overlooking the torrential downpours...)

Rumour has it there's a Southampton invasion coming

Due to falling numbers - all future meetings will be outside.

Maybe in the winter we might get enough people to get an indoor venue again - but 6 people last night was just too damn expensive.

Especially as we had 20 people the week before by the river

Its a shame but hopefully we wont get rain EVERY Thursday and it is quite nice by the river... I'll get some of those flare torch things for next week
