I've always been slightly bitter that there was this part of the forum that I was never allowed to post in because I wasn't single... but here I am.

Every few months I pop in here... Nothing has changed. I've been single for something like 4 years now!

There's a magical point twixt consumption and confidence where we'll (us guys) will talk to girls. However, sometimes we overdo it (I know I do) and just slur like crazy that "you're fit, you are" and that's usually where it goes wrong. This is very well illustrated in this graph. I got sad about being single today. And my first instinct was to log onto HoP and post here. Is that normal?!

where would the world be without drunken idiots to laugh at or join every once in a while?? for every drunken idoit there's someone either laughing or doing the whole 'if i don't make eye contact, they won't notice me' thing! So i figured i would mosey my single ass over here and at least say hi to all the other single people around, cause i figure we have nothing better to do at 11:30 at night than to post and spin, am i right??
though i gather that you're all from very far away, or at least i am, down east Maine is about as middle of nowhere as you can get, and having just graduated from college, i'm having a hard time adapting to a fairly non existent social life. and so i've put all my spare time into the fine art of spinning, which i've done off and on for about 2 years.

You know why we don't fit in with the freaks? cause we've killed enough of our braincells by whacking ourselves in the head spinning that we just don't have the same innate thought processes of the 'freaks'...we've evolved into something way more cracktastic and awesome.

also, =Flashpoint=, where do these festys occur? like i said, i'm in the middle of nowhere at the moment, but i'm looking to relocate westward, hopfefully by attaining a job with the National Park Service in the Fall, i would love to actually get the chance to physically meet some people who spin. I've only recently just met a chick who spins at my old college, and my belly dance instructor is actually getting into it as well...so hopefully once the thaw comes around i'll actually have some people to spin with, but right now it's just too damn cold!!
