I just got my spinning fire clubs from HoP and I have a few questions:

1) What is the correct way to hold them? I tried holding them between my middle and ring fingers which gives the clubs more of a "turning in the palm" kind of freedom of motion, though I don't know if thats right.

2) What do you do to avoid blisters/chafing on the sides of your fingers if you hold the clubs this way?

3) Any other advice?

Thanks!

Hi Raph, holding the clubs b/t the middle and ring fingers is not considered a good grip for long-term swinging.

Suggest you have a read of the club spinning thread in Other Toys, and check some of the links like anna jillings site for info on grips.
