90deg gap: with normal isolations the poi heads and your hands are 'in line' ie. the left hand poi sits next to your right hand and vice versa. this is a 180 deg gap.
when you do this normal isolation, it looks like your hands are turning a crank with handles at opposite sides of the circle eg. at six and tweleve on a clock.
what i'm talking about are isolations with your hands 90deg apart eg. starting at nine and twelve on a clock. if it is possible to learn
