Jump on the tutorial section of this site http://www.homeofpoi.com/lessons_all/teach/Library-POI-3_0_0 , chief, use www.poipoi.info/tuition as a supplement, but I honestly don't fancy much else, but their tutorials are nicely made, if a little mislabeled (In terms of beginner, intermediate advanced) . When you've powered through that, go on http://www.playpoi.com/poi-lessons for his tutorials. Nathaniel Everest had a massive burst of activity a while back and created a heap of decent beginner/intermediate tutorials, you should be able to find those on youtube reasonably easily. http://www.youtube.com/user/NathanielEveristOr if you're up to this stage just watch lots of videos... anything you like, try to replicate it... remember NOTHING is too hard to learn, you just need the practice... the only vague exception is that some movements are built on from other movements and so you'll need the earlier ones. Good luck, pilch.

Yay, I've just learnt a reverse 3bt weave! I think looking at my shadow has helped a bit ... fortunately weather turned sunny and I didn't have to practice inside my room crashing furniture. Suma sumarum it's a constant pain in my right thigh and a bruise on my head. But hell, I've nailed the bugger! Mwahaha, can't wait to move on (:

Hmm. Lets see, finally got TTN, and I'm working on the buzzsaw isolation. It looks pretty I think.
I've been trying to throw an isolation into my weave now and again for a kick... lol....
I was contemplating a 1 poi move, but I don't think it'd be too productive while performing, aside from the "photo-op". I haven't seen it before, and when your doing it it really doesn't look too pretty, At least, watching me try to do it doesn't look pretty.
A figure 8 or an infinity sign using stalls and a little bit of an isolation. Making an "X" patter with a little momentum to carry across the middle of the X shape and then stall and get momentum going the other way...
*shrug* Could be nothing, but I'm trying it regardless.

Sounds like it could be interesting.
Not sure that I entirely understand though....

*click* Got it, I think. At any rate, I get a cross out of the pattern I am thinking of. Will play with that as well then.
