Hey there nice work! I'm 'finally' just starting to learn contact stuff now... what great timing!
Written by: mcp
The order mostly follows the order I learned.
So for someone like me who is new at contact staff, would everyone recommend me to learn these things in approximately the same order as above?
I have a few videos of contact which'd help alot. I don't know of anyone that lives within a couple thousand kms of me that does contact so i'm fairly on my own here...

Wow... Cheers for putting this together Meg (this is you -> ) I the thing I loved the most about it after having had just a a quick look that as well as being an incredible list of indivdual moves you have also posed some very crazy questions as to what may be possible in the future. It all seems so ermmm, visionary... :blows loudly but sincerly into the nearest improvised tissues:

Wow. That was some hard core in depth explaining. Thank you.
If you are starting to experiment with the leg try a leg globetrotter, one that goes either down, or back up. Depending on fleyibility, balance and strenth, getting it to go up the front of the leg is a hell of a lot harder, it took me months before I was able to hold my leg up high enough AND long enough to finish the roll without first falling over. A friend of mine (who recently finished a circus school) saw me practicing it, tried it and got it clean on the first time. He hasnt done it since and im still trying to convince myself it was pure luck.

What leg globetrotter! That sounds like the coolest thing ever!
I wonder if you can do an arm-neck-body-leg globetrotter....
