I'm doing this thread not for show how i'm cool but because where i live nobody use poi and i can not have confronts with others spinners, i ask you to say me what is good and what is bad in my videos so i can emprove my spinning. Please help me! I'm the onlyone here!
III video, it's a little video of training, i did it in a very very small place to practice with control, i want to emprove movement and control, and looking this video i understand that i need a diet! lol!

the first that i post is a simple training with toss, it's not a routine or a free style, it's a simple sequence of trick, not flow, not style, only tricks, i dropped few times and in my opinion it's not so good, but i did it, so...

nice one
maybe you can try multiplexes
e.g. same direction with one very high throw (I only saw releases, wibbles & small double throw(very nice one by the way)),
or opposite direction: throw one underarm (high throw) & release the other from a same-time butterfly
or you can try pirouette:
- throw/release one .. & pirouette with the other
- multiplex .. & pirouette
or throw poi1 while transfering poi2 .. & catch poi1 with the other hand
or throw one & catch with the other hand .. & spin one-handed
I personally have been adapting all the famous double staffs throws (watch RHD videoz which is still the best inspiration for this)
I reckon you should catch up with Acciao more ofently

a new video, the first tutorial in italian about weave 2-3-5 beat, is very poor but is my first tutorial, and in italy ther is few people that use new school, so this is the first step to make know poi in Italy, here the great part of people think that there are only kiwidos and call them "bolas"...
