Forward spin to Reverse using Butterly find similar

Dunno if it's even worth posting, but I haven't seen it before. Using your wrists you can go back and forth between forward and reverse spins using the butterfly. While doing a butterly using your wrists to turn each side of the butterfly in toward your body results in a reverse spin when you pull out.

This sounds cool. I can understand how this might work, but when I just tried it out, I couldn't change my planes of rotation quickly enough to make it practical. I'll have to keep at it or figure out a variation that works for me.

That's the biggest problem I've had with it. As cool as it is from a poi point of view, it isn't exactly visually appealing. I've found that doing a fairly sloppy or loose butterfly starting off already slightly turned in lets me get through it alot quicker though.
