How is a man going to eat his own placenta? Men don't give birth to babies thus don't produce placenta. Unless maybe you mean the one he was attached to in his mothers womb? If you do mean that...... how in Gods name would you get hold of it so many years on?

I'd Definitely have to talk to the person,, bugger the photo,, I mean whats the point if someone looks pretty but has absolutely nothing to talk about. You'd just end up sat there all date with nothing to do. And anyhow if you dont know what each other looks like then at least its a surprise when you turn up lol
