well ther is mcp's site, but thats less twirling more contacty god ness (no typo there) can be found at http://void.print.net/~meghan/should give you all you need. but for just spinny stuff, dance fall, spin and jump, then work around your body with the stick. just have fun

hello, most of them do not exist in english yet as we need someone to describe the move in english. we are no native speakers and translating is rather worse than a description from someone who knows english help is welcome, SAM

sice, the HoP lessons are animated gifs, not flash animations - they are more accessible to users by merit that they don't require a flash plugin download!
and stuff.

I personally found that the gifs were a bit small in size so I saved it then put it into windows movie maker and saved as a video file. that way I could see what they were doing more clearly and even control the speed that it was playing.

now there are quicklinks. for example to get to the 7b Hyperloop just put the 1081 in the Tutorials Quicklink Box and press enter. So every move (now more then 1000 together!) has an unique id-number, so people can discuss and find moves easy in other forums.
bye sam

im not good with html but my webmaster thinks im crazy anyway... so we thought the best solution for this problem is to write the english instruction in the international part of our forum right at the top of the forum (in the international part no register is needed). just the name or the quick number id an the text in english. we will copy it after in the admintool so everybody can see it. would be superb if some guys start the describing

I dont know who made the names for moves in clips, but some of them are very discuttable(mostly talking about Poi) so I would more like to see propper sorting. The moves are mixed. Put it into move and fundamental families and than we can talk about descriptions. I can help you to sort them out, you can contact me.
You can compare the staff moves with Megs Basic contact tutorial too. :R
