I just learnt one today... but I don't know wht the name of it is, so I'll attempt to describe and someone might be able to enlighten me.

Pass it behind back and then spin up over head (behind back) then as it comes back down you lift your leg and pass it round the front and under the leg and you're back to near where you started (spinning behind the back). It can be repeated over and over.

phew... I really should learn the proper names for these tricks!

hi mark

that sounds like a pin wheel your doing behind your back. they are sweet.

here's a link to the staff naming moves thread that might help you out a bit

have you tried turning around while the staff is behind you? it works when your spinning it behind your head and if you do it while spinning it behind your back... loads of fun

if you wanna try something really hard, when the staff is behind you and your spinning accross try puttin the center of the staff on the back of your neck between your shoulder blades and leaving go... you can take it back off with your other hand after it rolls accross...

its contact staff. im obsessed with it at the moment

have fun...

Contact is addictive!! I can not leave my staff down.

fun is the second word that comes to mind the first being tenderising (as in meat).

strugz......go fnck a chicken

my dual fishtails have took a turn for the worst recently, no idea why i just cant do them that well anymore....need more good weather

however my continuous never ending halo turns are comming on nicely

and i'm getting some nice half matrix like stuff out of them aswell

hehe overtraining makes it harder, i find when i practise a move for a lot intensely then leave it for a few weeks when i come back to it its much better than when i was practising it
