jon - you can't link to searches

quick armwrap explanation - spin forward, then when the poi comes to the top of the circle, stick your hand near your shoulder and poke your elbow out to the side.
the poi should wrap round your outstretched elbow until it hits, then bounce it back out and unwrap the other way, so you end up spinning backwards.

(edit - this isn't aimed at Durbs who is generally lovely he's just following a bad method of redirection that's been established and maintained on this site by the moderators)

no doubt this will be met with another reply from a moderator about how they don't have time to do that. thats what happens every time i say this.
