I found this tutorial site on the 'net this morning.
it's a bit slow, but you can make out the animations if you squint.
enjoy!
geeze i hope the idiot that made this page gets broadband, cus me eyes be bleeding making out the pictures..(!) <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />
*** edit ***
link is updated. it changed, somehow.. <img border="0" title="" alt=" " src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
the individual moves that make up each combination movement are now individually linked from the lessons index.
my eyes be still squinting. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />
** edited for domain change.

Bender! Thats a nice looking site...it's not very HomeofPoiey to call the site creator an idiot.
In fact, I'm not sure why you have, it seems to me they have done a great job, and I'd love to have a site looking as good as that one.
Not everyone feels they should contribute tens of thousands of dollars a year to bandwidth like our selfless Malcolm.
Kudos to the creator of this site, Yaaaay for you!

I like the 'red_dragon' wallpaper, i dunno if the designer is an idoit, but he certainly cocky. by sideflips you mean no-handed cartwheel dontcha? yes, that is quite advanced, and Im going to learn capoeara as soon as I can touch my toes! (only another week or two I recon) seriously tho, what sort of thing you recomend to begin with if you have only ever run away from acro, never mind try any? gotta get into it, is my serious lack I think. hmmm (playing dumb again) what does idoit mean? Brain cranks away furiously like a runaway unicyle... "No such word as idoit...perhaps there was a space missing from Ido It" Ido = An artificial language based on Esperanto (i think) so, therefore, Ido it, must mean, "converting into ido" so, if i am an "ido it", then i must be the conversion of charles into Esperanto or ido.... hmmm...no names as far as i know in ido, so, the Esperanto version of Charles is likely to be Carlos... AHA! I REALLY AM A CARLOS! Thank you, Nix, I never knew i was a carlos, but sometimes these thigns happen without anyone knowing quite why. ![[Big Grin]](images/icons/grin.gif)

this be the last time i introduce something serious with sarcasm  more lessons to come tonight. btw i am an idiot for not crediting Jespa for taking the footage. </rant about idiots> ** edit ** also nyx, if i called it a no hands cartwheel or side arial, the gymnasts would be happy, the capoeiristas would becao me in the head. if i called it an au sem mao, the gymnasts would asphyxiate me with their thighs-a-la bladerunner. So i decided upon a lowest common denominator name - Since it's twirling and instruction we're talking here, I had opted for the most recognisable name for joe twirler. [ 15. ![[Wink]](images/icons/wink.gif) Right, enough of this flouting of the rules of HoP!!! ![[Smile]](images/icons/smile.gif) IT IS AGAINST THE RULES TO ATTACK OR INSULT PEOPLE. This includes personal attacks directed at oneself. Self flagellation is only funny if you turn into a gellatinous flag version of your former self. Now everyone be nice to themselves, and stop calling yourselves names, or i'll, um... er... I'll report you to the headmaster! So there! ![[Wink]](images/icons/wink.gif)

heh heh that's gotta be the funniest sensible warning i've ever read! Judge Judy take note! Hey Zoltar, cold weather outside makes website construction inside all the more appealing. sooo windy... Mr Fallout, there be mice but its be plastic. Thanks mr Charles for the kind posts - it's really quite a nice feeling to be complemented on something firestaffy by someone whom you admire for their firestaffage/clear instruction! ![[beer]](graemlins/beerchug.gif)

Cor i ![[Love]](graemlins/ubblove.gif) those butterfly waistwraps (sorry, sidetucks ![[Angel]](graemlins/ubbangel.gif) ) very spiffy use of stick momentum, Mr Bender, and that was superb instructional type stuff on the page too. But as for the caramel mcfwirly bit where you leap around - i refuse to believe you can do that. It was computer graphics, you were on a wire, i am hallucinating and nothing is real. *beats off green-eyed monsters with a stick* please sir, can i have some more?

Psi, to safely pull off a side aerial, you'll need to condition your body and train your mind. standard stretches in capoeira and gymnastics will give you the flexibility and static strength you need. Training in gymnastics and capoeira will also give youthe explosive strength you will need to launch yourself from akward angles with little or no setup. please always remember tho, is that you must only progress to the next logical move in terms of difficulty & danger, having competency in the prerequisite movements (i.e. don't try any jumps before you know how to fall not-on-your-head!) always keep up your agility and strength training, becuase several days of inaction will actually set you back in terms of progress! I thought that was crap but it's true! winter is the great devil. Always stretch, it at least doubles the amount of strain you put on your joints before you can injure them. that is totally vital. gymnastics usually took about 25min of stetches before anything! unfortunately gymnastics does not give you the lifestyle philosophy that yoga and capo require you to learn. but it IS a great way to meet funky and fit peers. in leotards. Deepsoulsheep, you are a person of few words and much llama. mr simian, thanks for the nice compliment! I have to share my credit with green-eyed monster - take a bow! :makes hand gesture to random direction: thanks Zoltar, snail mail addy posting time it is! yum footage sounds like such a smelly term!

Bender...That is one of the best looking homepages I have ever seen! I've just gone through most of it. Did you design it all yourself, or did God have a hand in it's creations too? (be careful how you answer, that qustion is LOADED with meaning).
