Wow, hehe nice thread pop.

Hmm signature moves, has such a naff ring to it. I mean no matter where you are or what you've done someone has done it first. And still even if it is semi new i dont think we should be "claiming" these moves. Most ideas seem to thought of by different people all over the world at the same time anyway.

But still love the name, moth, cool butterfly connection As far as naming moves goes I think it's just best to name them for yourself . It saves you loads of technical discussions with your mates. As for the gifs in the thread idea, i think it is a good one. As pop said alot of the posters here are'nt english speakers. It's good to have as much visual aid as possible. Okay maybe not eveyone has acess to a camera but i'd say theres alot of people out there who do have a digi cam who are'nt making gifs. I made all the gif lessons on my website with a camera that cost me about 30 euros. And an alternative is to make alittle animated thing.

I think having more images would save alot of people disagreeing with each other about the same moves. It was the gif lessons on this site that got me properly hooked into poi a few years ago. The technical dissusions are great, always good to read, but some of them are kinda hard to decypher. And from what i can understand sometimes people get kindof narky at eachother too. Even when they're agreeing.

Hey vanice, it was great having you over here you should pop over again sometime. Bobo is coming up from germany for a session in a month or two aswell, maybe you could join us. It'll be alittle warmer than last time i hope. Kind words about the contact juggling, thanks. But I've been at it for about a year and a half at this point. My poi are also getting alittle jealous about the practicing time too

Bobo is coming? ha! I was just thinking that...
she should come around queensday, april 30th, only because she loves the colour orange so much... It will be an overkill, even for her
