Wire wool rice flail anyune?

I wanna make a Wire wool rice flail, any one know anything about it?

Should be able to do nice moves with it

by rice flail, do you refer to the incorrect myth involved with the okinawan weapon known as 'nunchaku', or do you mean the older Chinese wushu weapon (with uneven lengths) called two-section flail(aka lashing staff/Chang xiao bang)?
if it is the former, please search under nunchaku instead in the other toys section, from memory there have been two discussions on the topic of putting them on fire but not with Wire wool cages.
if it is the latter, there has been little available on HoP on 2section flails.
