a hyperloops is basically a purposeful chain tangle that you untangle by bringing it across your body. they are basically a type of air wrap with a different detangle method. alot has been written about these, so do that search in the poi moves section. (see I told you someone would say that!)
as for getting started with BTB stuff, in my opinion, it is easier to begin BTB stuff spinning backwards than it is forwards.
