Can't see avatars

i've done a search on this & i can't see anyone else having this issue. i assume most people aren't having this issue, because i've seen posts about people not being able to make or upload avatars, but none about people not being able to see any avatars.

is there an option that i'm missing somewhere which changes it to see or not see avatars?

i appreciate the help. thanks.

For seeing other avatars:

Goto "My Home" > "Display preferences"

select,

-View other user's pictures in their profile and user list?
-View user's pictures with their posts?

[Submit]

For uploading own avatar:

Goto "My Home" > "Personal information"

Enter your password, select,

-Upload your avatar
-URL to your avatar
-Use a stock avatar

(80x80 max pixels, .gif, .jpg, .png, maximum 10Kb.)

[Submit]

it's the little picture on the left hand side next to people's posts. it may or may not represent the personality/looks/viewpoint of the member of the forum.
